Corporate programs that involve golf are on the come-back in a big way. We have a variety of special programs you can use to reward your employees, facilitate customer relationship development, and enhance teamwork.

One of our favorite corporate programs is the team building day with golf. This program involves real team building activities on the course. This is a half-day activity, with 9 holes in the morning or early afternoon followed with a debriefing and learning session. Each hole has a different fun and challenging activity that will test the group's ability to work together and find common solutions. For example, one hole is a "time-to-market" hole where the team must plan and then deliver a "product" in the shortest time possible. Another is the "Customer Satisfaction" hole, where the team engages in solving customer issues and providing customer satisfaction under pressure. Another hole is the "hidden agenda" hole where team members must uncover and address other player's true motivations and devise win-win strategies. Each hole is different, and each can be slanted to address particular issues. These programs are totally unique to Sever Golf and Poppy Ridge and we are really excited to offer them.
