A wise teacher makes learning a joy - proverb
Welcome! We like to think that your sessions with Seaver Golf will be a little bit different from your average golf lesson.
At Seaver Golf you will learn more than just "what" is going on with your game. You will also find out "why" it is happening,
because once you understand the root cause of underlying performance issues, you are well on your way to being your own best teacher.
Helping you is what we are all about. We will provide the expertise, but in the end you are the one who will be doing the work.
We don't believe in band aids (although we can apply one if you insist). So a big part of our job is to help you stay on track and to provide you with guidance on your journey.
We can address swing issues, recommend specific drills, create individualized routines, and help you to develop an internal awareness and feedback system that is the true basis for learning and improvement.
Invest in your game. It is the journey that matters.
Sometimes we will work on mechanical swing issues, sometimes mental preparation, and sometimes course strategy or course management.
We understand the game as well as the learning process, and we are experts at communicating concepts in ways that you will understand.
Plus we like to have fun as much as you do.
Take advantage of your opportunity today! You can book a reservation on-line or you can call us directly to schedule time.

The Golf Coach Program
We are constantly thinking of ways to help you improve your performance. That is why we recently started the innovative Golf Coach Program.
We don't know of any other programs like this one anywhere else in the country, but judging by the success of students thus far, we
wouldn't be surprised if all golf is taught this way in the future.
The Golf Coach Program is designed to create a new paradigm for golf instruction and player skill development. The old paradigm of seeing
an instructor on an infrequent basis, usually when something is going wrong, is not the best model for improvement. The Golf Coach Program is a three month
program that includes a playing lesson once each month and then pre-scheduled practice times throughout the week.
Players are encouraged to attend as many practice sessions as they can.
The Golf Coach Program starts with a 9-hole playing lesson with your Coach. While playing, the Coach is offering ideas and
suggestions for game improvement, focusing on course management, game management, and self management. We don't do mechanics on the course.
At the same time the Coach is making notes about areas of the player's game and swing to address in practice sessions.
After the round, the Coach and players debrief, reviewing the round and specific areas of the game, including putting, chipping, approach shots, iron play, fairway woods and
driver, and sand/trouble shots. We jointly create a 30-day lesson plan of game areas and swing issues to address in practice before the next playing lesson.
During the week there are set times when practices are held. These are typically lunch time and after-work sessions.
Each week generally has 14 to 18 hours of scheduled practice time. Players can attend as many practice sessions as they wish and as often as they wish. These practice sessions are a
combination of new skill development and swing maintenance. The idea is to encourage players to practice under supervised conditions. Your coach is always there, always helping.
The result is that practice time devoted to swing maintenance is much more effective because the Coach can actually observe players
as they execute drills and work on techniques. The Coach can make suggestions and offer refinemants, create drills, and answer questions.
To enroll in the Golf Coach Program, speak with Eric or Rick. We will find a convenient playing date, with other player of
comparable skill and ability. Once we find a spot for you, you are off to the best golf of your life.
